Friday! The SLI investiture rehearsal. Went to school much earlier, 9 plus. Help to compiled the discussion my group has yesterday. Yep! The G172YP plan. =D Then had Student's Leaders Investiture Rehearsal 2006. It was fun, really fun, really happy. The EXCOs members of all 4 leadership managed to come together and performed a dance together. It was great. I was so proud of myself that I somehow finally can dance the whole performance. haha.. =D Seeing the other student leaders learning their dance steps and dancing together, was really great. First time for me to see all the 4 leadership so united. Somehow, I feel that we did managed to achieve the theme that we had for this year, which is-- THE POWER OF SHARED VISION. I can no longer feel the wrong thinking of each leadership groups, which is like our group is better than this group or that group is lousier and all these. What I can feel when all leadership group start to dance together is that we are all the same and Temasekians are united. I felt really touched to stand on the stage and watch the student leaders dance. The feeling is just cannot be described. It is really my first time to had such feeling. All i could say is the SLC n SLI is a big success for this year 2006. And it is the Best that i had ever attend. Thanks to the organisers. It had really been a very hard work. THE POWER OF SHARED VISION. I will always remember. I really look forward to the real day of SLI. I really want to see all student leaders dance together and perform our very best and showed the unity in all leadership groups. It is really going to be the best SLI ever, because all of the leadership have a shared vision. We are all going to make it different.
But somehow, while i looked forward to the SLI, i felt a little upset too. Because I know that this is so gonna be the last SLI that I will attend. I am so going to stand down soon. I am so going to miss Student Council, the fond memories I had. Really feel very sad. Cause Council is like a big family to me. Most of my GREAT friends, my loved ones, my memories are all from there. I am so going to miss all the people there. ='( But every good things will surely come to an end. Hope I can stay in contact even though I leave council. hahaha... =) Love all of you. I will never forget people who make an impact in my life. =) kkz....
